4. Products, Pricing & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, modify descriptions, or discontinue items without notice. Prices are in USD and may change. Errors may lead to order cancellation and refund.
5. Order Processing & Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders for reasons including availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete info. Confirmation is sent once the order is accepted.
6. Payment Terms
Smart Shop Vault currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. COD orders are finalized upon successful delivery and payment receipt. Payment disputes must be reported within 7 business days.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen events are not our responsibility. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect deliveries upon receipt and report issues immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content — text, images, graphics, logos, software — is owned by Smart Shop Vault or licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Shop Vault and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
